The system has been designed for hostile environments including Construction, Civil Engineering, Demolition and Haulage. Each operator of an HGV or plant vehicle benefits from a 7" screen which displays an accurate representation of their immediate proximity, in real-time.What does this mean? A driver can see a birds-eye-view of their vehicle and know they are safe to maneuver. Not only does the camera system demonstrate who or what is in the "danger-zone" (the ORANGE line in the image below), but it also indicates that person or object is 1.5m from the vehicle - a market-first!

CALIBRATION

The process is simple and averages 30 minutes to complete.

TESTING

This stage confirms calibration is accurate and display operates effectively.
This video shows one engineer walking around the excavator whilst the other engineer, who is sat in the cabin, can identify on the display screen, the calibration has been successful.
This video demonstrates a basic swivel test. The plant vehicle driver is experienced with operating similar excavators and heavy plant vehicles.
